Odetta best album among his non-blues ones (See Odetta and the Blues, a great old style blues album that seems to come straight from the jazz era of the 20s), where she shows all its talent: a powerful voice that can range from subtle irony to dramatic gospel, from intimacy to folk and dark country flavours/5(8).

Chilly Winds. Chilly Winds. Listen Now $ (from the Gate Of Horn LP I believe)and it's got the original funky red cover. The bonus here is the nice remastering job - sounds as good as the original vinyl did way back when, but I guess that's the point in this respectful reissue. I presume Bill Lee is bassist here as he would be /5(6).
