    In the USA, Lonely Avenue was issued as a single in January coupled with You Can't Be In-Between, but in the UK Lonely Avenue was released two months later, coupled with the just-recorded Playboy. The latter was an early effort by David Gates, who became the founder and chief composer for the '70s soft rock group, Bread.

    deltic37 23rd Sep La Bamba is an OK tune, but the flip side 'All Over You' is a great harmonica driven R&B effort which was clearly influenced by British groups of the time; ironic considreing how many Britsh artists picked their instruments because of Buddy Holly and the Crickets .
