Brian Eno's "Taking Tiger Mountain (By Strategy)" is a tour de force for what I like to call weird rock. His singing is all over the place and the songs/lyrics are bizarre, but that's what makes it amazing. The experimentation in this makes it sound dated but at the same time, years ahead. I still can't believe that riff in Third Uncle was from.
